Job Description

Rejuvenation Health seeks a Dental Practice Manager for our NYC office to oversee daily operations, leading a high-performing team dedicated to achieving exceptional results and delivering a superior dental experience. The Studio Manager will supervise a team of x+ staff, managing tasks as per job descriptions, implementing tools for goal achievement, identifying performance gaps for coaching, conducting performance reviews, and managing both clinical and clerical personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal practice operations, adherence to standards, efficient staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and exceptional member experiences.
  • Drive clinic productivity through KPIs, adjusting goals as needed for improved performance.
  • Provide real-time direction and management in the clinic.
  •  Gather immediate member feedback, address complaints promptly and compassionately.
  • Lead team onboarding, training, and meetings focusing on performance, alignment, culture, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the People Team on hiring, retention, and performance.
  •  Ensure clinic compliance through regular walk-throughs, addressing concerns.
  • Manage staff schedules to optimize member experience and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Essential: Minimum 5 years leading 15+ staff in high-growth healthcare or hospitality environments.
  • Experience working with care providers to enhance performance.
  •  Preferred: Minimum 5 years in management or operations.
  • Proficiency in operational practices, HR programs, and financial targets.
  • Demonstrated commitment to urgency and hustle.
  •   Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Competitive Salary

Pay Range: $85,000 – $120,000
